OUR GUARANTEE:
Atlantic Studio is committed to you. We expect your experience with us to be great. If for any reason you have questions or concerns about your experience, contact our Salon Coordinators. We will find the best solution to answer your needs.

FIRST TIME CLIENTS:
New clients to our salon are asked to arrive a few minutes prior to the appointment. This will allow time to complete our new client form and familiarize you with a salon tour of Atlantic Studio.

APPOINTMENTS:
To ensure the appointment date, time, and the technician who you need, it is recommended to pre-book your future appointments. Multiple services and/or specific treatments are reserved with a credit card. We require a 24 hour cancellation or 1/2 of the service will be charged to the credit card.

LATE ARRIVALS:
In the unlikely event that you will be late or unable to keep your appointment, please contact our Salon Coordinators as soon as possible.

CHILDREN:
We cordially request you not bring small children with you to your appointments. This is your time to relax. Our environment is not safe for unattended children and may become a distraction to other clients receiving services.

RETURNS:
If you have purchased a product that does not work for you it can be returned for another product or a credit will be given towards other services or products. Sorry, there are no cash refunds. Selected equipment, products, and skin care products are non-refundable. Please inquire prior to your purchase.

GIFT CERTIFICATES:
We would like to help put together a special Gift Certificate for you. Gift Certificates are available for all services - in dollar amounts or for specific services.

A picture ID and license number are a requirement with all cheques and electronic transactions.
